mala som Kre-alkalyn ale len tri krat a naposledy pred 2 dnami. normalne pred treningom som vzala 4 tabletky. no neviem ci je to z neho. asi nieco skôr s oblickami uz som dnes bola u lekara tak cakam navysledky. ale chcem sa spytat ci niekomu sa to uz stalo a ak ano co robil. vdaka

zavodnený organizmus som mala komplexne cely. prekonzultovala som tieto veci s kamaratom ktorý je tréner , presla som si cely týzden sama a dokonca aj s jarom horvatom a vsade som nasla chyby.
cely týzden bol hrozny: Teda kto budete cítat tento clanok poucte sa z mojich chýb:
1. nejest prílis vela bielkovín, a HLAVNE proteínov - zavodnuju
2. odporúcam jest kreatín max. 2 dni po sebe, ak je v 3.den tréning kreatín neuzívat
3. stres ktorý si neuvedomujete si uvedomte a spomalte
4. dostatok spánku aspon 7 hodín (ja som nespávala ani tolko- kvôli práci)
5. dostatok tekutín

Aj skúsený clovek si mysli ze sa mu to stat nemoze, ale predsa. ja cvicim uz 8 rokov a?

to by ma zaujimalo kolko toho praskoveho proteinu si davala ze to malo az take neziaduce ucinky...tekutiny no to by si po 8 rokoch mala dodrziavat aj so spankom po 8rokoch,aj ked nie vzdy sa to da...

vies lahko sa ti hovori o tom spanku. ja robím 24 hodín a potom mam 2 dni volno. na druhy den zaspat nemozem pretoze organizmus je akoby v práci a v 3. den je jediny den kedy si ako tak pospím. navyse robím aj trenerku vo fitku teda je toho dost.
no a proteínu som dávala normalne 1 odmerku ale v posledny týzden som urobila kravinu lebo som ho davala aj 3krát za den. fuj az mi je z toho zle ked si spomeniem. asi mi preplo . to bolo zaneprázdnenostou.

teraz sa snazim spavat uz viac ked sa da. no to mas pravdu ale uz som to nepocitovala. clovek to neciti ale uvidi to az vtedy ked sa nanho uvalin nejaká choroba. vies ked nemas na vyber a chces sa venovat sportu co zmozes ked si musis vo vsetkom poradit sam. hm? niektorí ludia proste nemajú svet taky krasny ako napr. ty.

ako si to myslela, že ten kreatín nebrať v 3. deň ? ja bebem v tréningový deń 2x5g a v netréningový 1x5g, to je zle ? zatial necítim nejaké zlé účinky. A dávam aj pred spaním protein 60 %. Mám ho visadiť ? dík za odpovede

mala som na mysli ked ho zacinas brat, aby si telo zvyklo. ja som brala Kre-alkalyn. No tak ti to poviem vsetkého vela skodi, treba si to rozlozit rovnomerne. to znamená proteín 1-2krát do dna, kreatín je trosku iný ale tiez si davaj v niektorý den prestávku. protein pred spanim je dobre dat ale radsej si zisti kolko bielkovín cez den prijmes a ak si prijal viac ako je potrebne tak ten protein pred spanim uz radsej nedavaj.
do dna by si mal prijat 2-3g bielkovín na 1kg hmotnosti. teda ak vázis 60kg tak by si mal prijat 120 - 180 g bielkovín, zálezi od tvojej postavy, ci das 2g alebo 3g. no a to si zistís ked si spíses vsetko co si zjedol za den a pouzi napr. flora stranku kde je na to kalkulacka.
je to zdlhave ano ale ver ze je to dobré urobit takúto vec. no a jedz aj sacharidy , pretoze taký chlebík alebo cestoviny, ci ryza slúzia ako metla v zalúdku.

aha, tak staci ked dam napr 1 den s tym creatimon prestavku ? ja už beriem kreatín asi 3 meisace, samozrejme s týma prestávkami. a ten protein je teda zbytočný ? alebo mám ho dávať ? ja ho dávam vždy v tréningový deň pred spaním, hlavne na regeneráciu....

no ako hovorím neviem co vsetko si cez den zjedol ale nemalo by to presiahnut uvedené hodnoty, vtedy sa zacina v tele hromadit voda. treba aj pit obcas mocopudné caje. ja som sa v "tom vrcholnom " stádiu vyliecila spôsobom, ze som den pila praslicku, zihlavu, jedla suchú neosolenú pohánku a 3 jablká. druhý den som tiez pila spominané caje ale uz som pomaly zaradila aj maso. a solit minimalne.
protein kludne ber aj nadalej len nie aby ti vytekal aj z usí. pozvolna. ked nan chut nemas tak si ho proste nedaj. no zisti si tie hodnoty bielkovín.
